- FYI.Since these offers/cruises are be done through the company that controls the casino’s on the cruise ship they are taking care of the costs. This is strictly through this casino company & not through Princess. I have contacted before, the company that runs the casino’s on most of the cruise ship’s, & was told that I didn’t qualify.
- In addition, an informative slot lesson is given each cruise by your Slot Supervisor. Most of the Princess ships now have the Cashout system installed on each slot machine. Cashout allows you to download funds from your cruise card and shipboard account for credits to play at any slot machine.
- How does princess cruises issue the future cruise credit to passengers due to cancelled sailings arising from coronavirus? Is the credit emailed to you as a voucher? Just wondering if any customers have received the future cruise credit yet who may be able to answer the question.
You do not get charged a fee in the casino if you upload credits to your cruise card for use in the machines. If you go to the cashier cage to obtain cash off your cruise card, there is a fee.
