Time slots are for 45 minutes, and begin at the top of the hour (e.g. A max of 5 time slot reservations can be held at one time. Time slot reservations can be made 5 days in advance. A slot is an Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) reservation for an arrival or a departure. A 'slot pair' is equivalent to a round trip flight. Unless otherwise authorized by FAA Air Traffic Control, Reagan National is limited to 60 IFR slots/operations (arrivals and departures) per hour for specified aircraft classes.
The fort is open all year round. You can visit the 1001 Bombs & Grenades exhibition during the castle opening hours.

In the Tavern you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with something tasty, our homemade apple pie, a tasty sandwich, a cup of soup or a traditional ice cream.

August 31 to December 30 – every day – 10:00 – 17:00

- During events, other opening hours and/or admission prices may apply.
- You’re permitted to take photos or fil for personal use as long as this doesn’t cause any nuisance for other visitors. Our guides are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
